Returns Policy
All cannons are custom built to order. There are no refunds. All sales are final. Equipment may be exchanged for replacement due to shipping damage only. Damage claims must be submitted within 3 days of receipt.
Warranty replacement is at the discretion of JVD Golf. In some cases, a simple repair can be performed.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
DO NOT SHIP ANY ITEMS TO WHEATLANDS ADDRESS. CALL PRIOR TO SHIPPING ANY ITEMS, AS WAREHOUSE STAFF IS UNABLE TO ACCEPT ANY SHIPMENT WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.

Most items from JVD Golf are shipped to Continental US States free of charge. Other locations will incur additional shipping charges.
